【Position 1: Warehouse Supervisor】 Key Responsibilities: ◆ Manage and monitor the import process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. ◆ Take ownership of inventory control, ensuring accurate records and proper storage of dental materials. ◆ Use SAP for data analysis, stock reconciliation, and report generation. ◆ Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. ◆ Ensure compliance with company policies and medical device regulatory requirements (GDP/GMP). ◆ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. ◆ Assist in warehouse audits and inventory cycle counts. 【Position 2: Customer Service Specialist】 Key Responsibilities: ◆ Process various types of orders (standard and consignment) via phone, email, fax, mail, or EDI. ◆ Address customer inquiries, product complaints, returns, and exchanges. ◆ Work closely with sales managers to meet monthly and quarterly targets. ◆ Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.) for outbound shipments or product returns. ◆ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order or system-related issues (SAP/WMS interface). ◆ Monitor inventory issues such as short shelf life, inactive items, or phase-in/phase-out products. ◆ Conduct regular inventory counts, including consignment and warehouse stock. ◆ Ensure compliance with GDP SOPs and assist in related audits or certifications. ◆ Manage and maintain product loan cases to support urgent commercial operations. 【Candidate Profile】 ◆ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields. ◆ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. ◆ Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). ◆ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. ◆ Knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations is a strong advantage. ◆ Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
