【Summary】 • Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair for ZEISS products to meet the requirements from customer • Build good relationships with customers and provide timely responses to all requests from both internal and external customers. • Be able to self-directed learning, independent thinking, and collaboration with team. • On-call duty shift and on-site repair are required. • Homebase is Hsinchu, cross region support depending on business needs. 【Main Task】 • Work and perform in compliance with company's regulations and requests. • Perform Technical Field Service activities 　-　Installation and commissioning of equipment 　-　Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance 　-　Escalation support 　-　User Training / Customer Training 　-　Providing sales support 　-　All necessary reporting as per company policy • Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication. • Demonstrate strong and efficient ability to learn a skill on Coordinate Measuring Machines utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude. • Report to Service Manager / Factory on any product issues experienced such as standards of production, quality and safety of the product range • Provides documents activities performed utilizing the required format, such as service report, technical report, etc. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. • Respond to satisfaction surveys, working to resolve customer care issues. • Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers. • Perform necessary administrative paperwork in complete and accurate manner. • Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced and innovative environment. • Feedback in time on product quality issues on site, as well as marketing information to the company. • Ensure direct reports maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
