SI/PI 工程師

【Job Description】 • Perform pre-/post-layout SI/PI simulations and develop simulation models/methodologies. (PCIE / DDR / PDN ....) • Review stackup, layer assignments, and PDNs for high-speed designs. • Use simulation and lab data for troubleshooting, failure analysis, and design optimization. • Analyze package/PCB PDNs, optimize power budgets, and evaluate design trade-offs. • Assess modules, memories, buses, cables, and components for system performance impact. • Provide SI design guidance, post-layout review, and optimization. • Collaborate with EE and PCB layout teams to refine SI designs. • Generate simulation reports with SI recommendations. 【 Qualifications】 • MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering. • Experience in board-level SI/PI analysis and system architecture. • Knowledge of PCB design, layout, and I/O topologies. • Proficiency in SI/PI modeling tools ( Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, HSPICE, Sigrity).
