Handle customer feedback and complaints : As the contact point for ATCS global manufacturing facilities in China, we handle customer complaints and service demands related to quality Quality data registration summary : Responsible for customer information summary and market quality data registration summary. Provide timely customer response and support : Timely deal with customer feedback, provide on-site technical support, pass customer complaints to the relevant departments of the company, and urge the improvement to form a closed loop and solve quickly. Visit customers and audit : Visit customers regularly to maintain customer relationship, understand customers' related demands and product use status in the client; Follow up and close the audit findings of the audit jury Customer training and education : Provide customer product and application related knowledge training where appropriate, such as connector knowledge, application, operation guidance, etc.
