The team is composed of Product Managers, Project Managers, UI Designers, and User Experience Designers, working together to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance digital teaching and learning. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product/Project Manager to lead the development and execution of IFP Launcher and System Apps. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of direct product/project management experience, a proven track record of delivering software integrated with hardware, and strong global communication skills to collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Firmware PMs, Hardware PMs, and regional business teams, ensuring successful communication and delivery products, including PRD delivery, roadmap planning, and feature implementation. The candidate will also support MR and NPI processes and maintain alignment with Corp Launcher PM for brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: -Lead product roadmap planning for IFP Launcher and System Apps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. -Define and deliver PRD (Product Requirement Document) with clear specifications for software and system applications. -Own BU-level reporting, tracking development progress and key milestones. -Drive feature implementation, collaborating with firmware, hardware, and software development teams. -Work closely with Firmware PMs and Hardware PMs to ensure seamless software-hardware integration. -Support MR (Market Readiness) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes to ensure smooth product rollouts. -Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to collect regional business requirements and communicate roadmap updates. -Maintain regular communication with Corp Launcher PM to ensure product branding and user experience consistency.
