Things You Will Do • Product Introduction: Responsible for introducing, demonstrating, installing, and providing training on ophthalmic equipment to ensure customers can operate it proficiently. • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, providing customized services, and addressing customer inquiries. • Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve service quality based on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. • Sales Planning: Develop regional sales plans to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets. • Contract Management: Oversee contract signing, acceptance, and payment tracking. • Regularly review sales data, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
