工作內容

What you'll do: Merchant Communication and Strategy: Maintain regular communication with existing merchants, conduct business reviews, opportunity identification and updates with merchants on a routine basis. Partner Engagement and Relationship Management: Build trust and relationships with partners to enhance their sales potential across Klook's platforms, effectively conveying Klook's strengths and brand value while proactively understanding merchants' business situations and requirements. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business, and ensure accurate payment processing and risk mitigation. Destination/Vertical Ownership: Effectively manage a designated destination and/or vertical by gathering key insights, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing Klook within the destination/vertical. What you'll need: ​Bachelor’s degree, with 1-2 years above related working experience or the eCommerce industry (preferred). Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales and deal-making techniques such as pitching, negotiation, consultative selling, and closing deals is essential for effectively engaging with merchants and driving growth. Relationship Building & Understanding: Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with merchants and partners is crucial for enhancing sales potential and fostering long-term partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of merchants ie. strategic priorities, pain points, decision makers, decision making process, org chart, KPIs, competitors actions, etc. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong and creative problem-solving skills are necessary for addressing merchants' needs and challenges, as well as for overcoming obstacles in the sales process. Business Acumen: Understanding of key business principles and metrics, as well as knowledge of the company's products/services and industry landscape, is important for effectively contributing to strategic planning and achieving business goals.
