XN-Business Analyst

【BU1 & BU2】 [Responsibility] 1. Conduct business process reengineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements. 3. Collaborate with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 4. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to support business decisions. 5. Facilitate negotiations between business units and technical teams. [Requirement] 1. Minimum 3‐5 years of business analysis experience, must in software / internet related industry. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. (English and Mandarin) 3. Business Process Reengineering 4. Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge 5. System Analysis skills 6. Good negotiation and presentation skills 7. Able to travel occasionally.
