To strategically manage and oversee operational aspect of a selected pool of Strategic Customers particularly the Global Strategic Accounts so as to ensure operational excellence. 【Responsibilities】 *Operational Management Oversee Ocean Product operations to ensure alignment with customer agreements. *Performance Analysis and Improvement Analyze KPIs and identify areas for improvement. *Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain and update SOPs to meet team needs. *Communication and Liaison Act as the main contact for day-to-day operational issues. *Team Leadership and Training Lead and train teams to ensure excellent customer service.
