Job Summary & Responsibilities We are seeking talented UX designers of all experience levels to join a dynamic team building the next generation of equipment control software. Our applications allow users to interface with robotics, staging, and sophisticated mechanical/electrical/optical systems to help drive the development of the world's next generation of smaller, faster semiconductors and consumer electronics in a long-term global growth industry. The UX designer is responsible for creating software that fulfils customer needs and business goals in a manner that is intuitive, efficient, and highly usable. They will be expected to synthesize business requirements and user research into wireframes and click-through prototypes that the team will leverage to build innovative and exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems with simple designs and has a determination to create only the highest-quality digital products. They have an interest in educating themselves on the burgeoning semi-conductor industry, and a desire to grow and excel in their craft. Qualifications ·Minimum 3 years of design experience ·Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design ·Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution ·Have an available online portfolio Preferred Qualifications ·Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data ·Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision ·Ability to speak Mandarin and/or German a plus
