We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the design team, ensuring team members' technical capabilities and execution quality. • Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD, capable of solving technical design issues, providing guidance on design details, and proposing optimization solutions. • Support the team in customized packaging design, including wooden crate structure, jigs & fixtures, transportation bases, and mechanical components, ensuring design quality, structural safety, and cost efficiency. • Collaborate with global design teams, sales teams, and customers for technical communication and project coordination; lead design proposals and technical discussions. • Ensure the team follows company design processes and standards, and continuously optimize SOPs and technical documentation. • Research and implement new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to enhance product competitiveness. • Develop talents and enhance team skills; support team members' career development and provide coaching when needed. • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, etc.) to ensure smooth design-to-production transition. • Perform other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fields (Mechanical, Packaging, Industrial Design, etc.). 2. 5+ years of experience in mechanical or packaging design, with proven experience in managing design teams. 3. Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD, capable of independent design and drawing review. 4. Familiar with characteristics and manufacturing processes of materials such as wood, plastic, sheet metal, aluminum extrusion, and corrugated paper. 5. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage schedules and resources effectively. 6. Experience in cost optimization and mass production implementation is a plus. 7. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, able to participate in customer and international meetings. 8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members, promote continuous improvement, and foster knowledge sharing.
