工作內容
Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and design solutions for banking-related application systems, with a focus on financial internet banking systems. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for system modifications or new feature implementations. 3. Estimate work schedules and assign tasks to development teams based on system requirements. 4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers in relation to project delivery timelines and work breakdown. 5. Ensure that system solutions meet both technical and business requirements, ensuring quality and compliance. 6.Prepare technical documentation for system analysis, project planning, and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience: 1. Strong Banking Application System Knowledge 2. Experience in analyzing and designing banking-related systems (e.g., deposits, loans, banking channels, wealth management products). 3. 5+ years of experience as a system analyst in the banking or financial services sector. Technical Knowledge and Hands-on Experience: 1. Frontend Development: Familiarity with JavaScript, JQuery, or frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue). 2. Backend Development: Understanding of backend technologies like Spring Boot and ORM systems (Hibernate/Ibatis/JPA). 3. Experience in Database Design: Familiar with relational databases and basic SQL. 4. Integration & API Design: Knowledge of designing integration flows between systems, including API development and consumption.
