Run Plant Engineer-Taoyuan

Job Responsibility • Fulfill ACST Taoyuan site production requirement and lead the field activity for volume ramp-up • Develop standard operation procedures and ensure specific disciplines are in place. • Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, site matching with MT, PE, Quality, CI and related functions. • Manage production activities, including production plan, trouble shooting, investigation of quality issues, and follow up action after audit. • Proactively involved in PSM and safety supervision in area activities to ensure the plant is in compliance with the EH&S Job Qualification • BS in Science/Chemical Engineering is required. • 2+ years of process engineering experience • Data analysis capability and technical reporting with 6 sigma concepts • Independent problem-solving capability • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) is preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills to be a team player • Good English and Chinese language skills • Good learning ability and positive working attitude
