薪資含Junior和senior Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Project Manager (PM)** to lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects. The PM will coordinate efforts between hardware, software, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones, risk mitigation, and effective communication from project kickoff to deployment. Key Responsibilities * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders * Create detailed project schedules, timelines, resource plans, and cost estimates * Manage day-to-day project execution, tracking tasks, risks, and dependencies * Coordinate cross-functional teams including R\&D, software, hardware, UI/UX, QA, and production * Organize and lead project meetings (kickoff, weekly sync, milestone reviews, retrospectives) * Ensure clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients * Document project progress, issues, and decisions; maintain project dashboards * Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans * Drive product validation, certification, and production readiness processes * Prepare status reports for senior management and ensure project alignment with business goals Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field * 3+ years of experience in project management for tech, software, or hardware development * Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and/or hardware development processes * Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills * Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, Excel) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines * Fluent in English (spoken and written); bilingual ability is a plus --- Preferred Qualifications * PMP or Scrum Master certification * Experience managing embedded system, AI, imaging, or IoT-related projects * Familiarity with regulatory, manufacturing, and test processes (e.g., CE, FCC, MIL-STD, ISO) * Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams * Ability to bridge technical discussions and business goals with clarity Work Conditions * May involve coordination across time zones and occasional business travel * Dynamic work environment involving multidisciplinary product teams * Exposure to high-impact projects in advanced technology domains
