1.建立品質管理系統:制定並推行品質保證體系,確保產品或服務符合標準。 2.監控與改善品質:分析製程與產品的品質問題,提出改進方案以提升可靠性與信賴度。 3.供應商與客戶管理:負責供應商的品質檢查(IQC)以及客戶服務的品保程序。 4.內外部稽核:主導內部稽核活動及外部認證,確保符合 ISO 及 IATF 16949 等國際標準。 5.教育訓練:規劃並執行品質相關的教育訓練,提升團隊專業能力。 6.生產效率:確保生產目標的達成,同時提升效率、降低成本,並管理生產進度。 7.制定生產計畫:監控生產過程、管理庫存、提升生產效率以及進行人力資源管理。 1.Establish and Maintain Quality Management Systems Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems to ensure all products and services meet internal standards and industry regulations. 2.Monitor and Improve Product Quality Analyze manufacturing processes and product performance to identify quality issues, propose improvement plans, and enhance product reliability and customer trust. 3.Supplier and Customer Quality Management Oversee supplier quality control (IQC) and customer-related quality assurance processes, ensuring incoming material compliance and effective customer service for quality matters. 4.Internal and External Audits Lead internal audit activities and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, and other international quality standards. 5.Quality Training and Development Design and implement quality-related training programs to enhance team skills and overall quality awareness across the organization. 6.Production Efficiency and Cost Control Ensure production targets are met by improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and closely managing production schedules. 7.Production Planning and Resource Management Plan and monitor production processes, manage inventory levels, optimize production flow, and coordinate workforce allocation to support operational goals.
