Food Business Operation Associate (Food Ordering )

Inline is looking for a Food Business Operation Associate with a career interest in Software as a service (SaaS) Operation role. ============================================ Inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency by managing tables, reservations and food ordering including take out and delivery service. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants in Taiwan,Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney and the cities in the US. We are looking for a Dispatch Operation & Food Business Operation Associate to join us in supporting our food delivery services and co-work with the function team, restaurants and partners. What You Will DO： / 工作內容 • Support global food ordering operations and monitor delivery orders during daily on-call duty. • Delivery Issue Management- Handle delivery issues by providing effective solutions for restaurants, and ensure clear communication with third parties, sales teams, and engineers on operational and technical problems. • Problem Tracking & Risk Management- Record and track problematic orders, follow up on resolutions and compensation with logistics partners to minimize business impact, and ensure process improvements and risk mitigation. • Verify contracts and configure online settings to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Sales teams to support food ordering billing operations, assist with new product launch trials, and facilitate system onboarding for new merchants to ensure smooth adoption. •Analyze internal operational data to monitor performance, identify opportunities and weaknesses, and improve efficiency through automation and process adjustments. • Collect and analyze external market intelligence, including logistics, competitors, and business insights, to support comprehensive growth of the food ordering business. Requirements & Personal Traits / 工作技能 • SaaS or operation related experience is a big plus. • Self-motivated, work independently and possesses strong organization and time • Availability takes shift on weekends and public holidays in the office. • Able to handle repetitive tasks and assist teammates with team projects and goals. • Strong communication skills; ability to to co-work with a cross-functional team, logistic partners and drivers. • Quick learner, adaptable and flexible (able to follow constant updates of policy or on- call guidelines) • English reading and writing is a must needed.( Business level) • Strong Excel and data management skills. • Creative mindset to assist team in online/ offline driver recruitment and activation. 面試流程 inline團隊成員來自不同城市及國家，請務必使用英文投遞履歷唷！ Half of the inline team is based outside of Taiwan, and this position is on a global team - so please apply in English!
