1. 派駐高科技廠(含半導體廠)，負責生產線機台、製程及廠務設備(無塵室/機械/電機/供水/空調/供氣/消防/環保/儀控系統) 操作及維護管理 2. 操作主管/工程師：領導操作部門、運轉策略規劃、操作運轉管理、操作人員輪班管理、製程技術精進及訓練、操作程序書撰製、運轉報表紀錄審閱分析、異常管理、製程安全管理 3. 維修主管/工程師：領導維修部門、設備維護策略規劃、維修保養工單管理、設備可靠度管理、設備維護技術精進及訓練、設備保養維護程序書撰製、設備維護報表紀錄審閱分析、維修廠商管理、失效分析管理、設備安全完整性管理 1. Stationed at a high-tech factory (including semiconductor plants), responsible for the machinery on the production line, the processes, and the facility equipment (cleanrooms/mechanical/electrical/water supply/air conditioning/gas supply/fire protection/environmental protection/instrumentation and control systems) operation and maintenance. 2. Operations Supervisor/Engineer: Lead the operations department, plan operational strategies, manage operations, manage shift rotations for personnel, advance process technology and conduct training, compile standard operating procedures, review and analyze operational reports, manage abnormalities, and oversee process safety management. 3. Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer: Lead the maintenance department, plan equipment maintenance strategies, manage maintenance work orders, oversee equipment reliability, advance maintenance technology and conduct training, write maintenance procedures, review and analyze maintenance reports, manage maintenance contractors, failure analysis management, and ensure equipment safety integrity.
