Finance_Finance Business Partner (近林口長庚)

Position Impact We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join a fast pace team in a well-known branded company that is transforming. The analyst will be a key member generating financial analysis and recommendations in working teams that suggest strategic options to C-level executives. The candidate should have demonstrated business partnership skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, effectiveness in influencing decisions, and action and results orientation. Experience in international business evaluation and/or recurring revenue business models is a plus. Responsibilities * Studies company’s financial and managerial data to give recommendation for business investment decisions, such as buy versus rent, determining variable and fixed expenses, growth via internal capabilities or outsourcing, new business expansion * Models business scenarios to forecast P&L and cash flow, such as for new business ventures, for combination or separation of business units, or improve current revenue forecasting * Collects industry and competitive research to inform decision making * Influences business direction and decision through financial data and professional opinion * Collaborates with business teams, Finance, and Accounting teams toward joint recommendation and decision making * Sets Key Performance Indicators, corresponding management reports to track status, to measure health of business units * Owns certain aspects of monthly close, budgeting, variance analysis processes * Produces and presents reports to various levels of management and audience on behalf of the Finance organization Qualification · Prefer to have at least 3 years FP&A experience with solid financial concepts, especially in making investment go/no go decisions · Financial modeling to forecast income and cash flow statements · Stakeholder management, know how to handle diverse or different opinions · Collaborate in cross-functional teams · Curious and desire to learn, proactive to engage the unknown · Ability to deal with stressful, time urgent tasks · Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Office (slides, sheets) proficient · International business expansion and/or recurring business models is a plus
