【TV & Soundbar Product Marketing】 Responsible for product strategy and key directives as well as engaging internal stakeholders such as Sales, SCM, Marketing, Service, PR to achieve assigned business objectives. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a cross-functional environment. • Set business goals and objectives in line with company overall directions. • We welcome professionals who are enthusiastic , patient and attention in detail. • Develop business plans including parts of 4P as well as collaborate with agency to analysis data regularly. • Be a junior PM is required to understand company system and process, diligent and good communication is necessary in this position. • Manage product road-map with positioning, mapping and pin-to-pin analysis. • Prepare for product launch including media exposure / retail management / training kit / marketing communication / sales support programs. • Manage product specification (maintain and obtain BSMI/Energy level, etc.). 【生活家電 Product Marketing】 Responsible for product strategy and key directives as well as engaging internal stakeholders such as Sales, SCM, Marketing, Service, PR to achieve assigned business objectives. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a cross-functional environment. • Set business goals and objectives in line with company overall directions. • Develop business plans including pricing / channel / product / marketing, as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver assigned targets. • Manage P&L in a detail level, including forecasting, budgeting, resources allocation and ROI analysis. • Analyze and understand market trends to identify business opportunities. • Develop product strategies, consumer promotions and sales plans as well as track responses / results, in order to increase sales revenue, improve profitability and gain market shares. • Manage product road-map / life-cycle; formulate pricing strategy with positioning, mapping and pin-to-pin analysis. • Prepare for product launch including media exposure / retail management / training kit / marketing communication / sales support programs. • Prepare and consolidate reports to key internal stakeholders. • Manage product specification (maintain and obtain BSMI/Energy level, etc.).
