TPM

1.Coordinate construction activities from R&D to mass production, acting as a counterpart between external customers and internal engineering teams 2.Familiarity with hardware development project experience is preferred. 3.Experience in responsible NB/AIO ODM hardware design and system planning is preferred. 4. Effectively communicate the status of each project stage, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies 5.Cross-departmental technical cooperation and communication, including HW, SW, FW, ME, testing units, factories, etc. 6.Confirm and explain specifications with customers, preferably communicating in English. 7.Research in new technology fields, collection and consolidation of market/industry data. 8.Establishment of technical management processes and related system architecture.
