【S&M】Pre-sales / FAE Engineer (Location: Hsinchu or Taipei)

-Serve as the technical expert during presales engagements for NVMe storage, RAID, rich media workflows, AI workloads, and surveillance applications. -Collaborate with resellers, partners, and OEM customers to understand requirements and propose solutions. -Demonstrate knowledge of RAID, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, and NVMe technologies. -Provide training and technical support for partners and customers. -Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success. -Build strong relationships with AI ecosystem partners. -Develop technical content such as whitepapers, solution briefs, and reference architectures. -Stay updated on AI infrastructure trends, including edge AI, HPC, and hybrid cloud deployments.
