We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital IC design, microarchitecture development, RTL coding, and verification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of high-performance UHF RFID integrated circuits. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with low-power CMOS technologies. • Familiarity with mixed-signal IC design. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for UHF RFID technology. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Development: Focusing on circuit design and timing check and verification. • Verification and Validation: Collaborate with verification engineers to ensure design verification and validation. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analog design engineers to achieve timing, area, and power goals. • Documentation: Prepare and maintain design specifications, verification plans, and other technical documentation. • Innovation: Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance the performance of low-power ICs.

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering. • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IC circuit design, preferably on UHF RFID technology. • Technical Skills: o Experience with low-power CMOS technologies. o Familiarity with mixed-signal IC design. o Expertise in low-power design techniques. o Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics. o Understanding of DFT (Design for Test) methodologies and tools. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly. • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of innovative solutions in IC design.
