1. 確保飯店內所有有關財務記錄、金錢和執照等相關的規定、政策和條例嚴格遵循飯店、公司和當地法律的規定,包括及時準確地提供有關財務方面資訊的報告。 Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. 2. 全方面理解凱悅國際對於營收稽核的要求目標,如此可對飯店收入和憑證提供一個完善有效的審計系統。 Understands thoroughly Hyatt International objectives in Income Audit as to provide an effective auditing system for all hotel revenues and receipts. 3. 確認所有每日應收的收入均已收到並予以紀錄。為達到此一目的,需稽核夜間稽核、前檯及餐飲出納。 Ascertains that all daily revenues that should have been received by the hotel have been received and properly recorded. In doing so, the work of Night Audit, Front Desk, and the Food and Beverage Cashiers is being audited. 4. 在將資料提供予應收帳款人員之前,稽核所有以信用卡支付之消費。 Audits charges to credit card companies before forwarding them to the Accounts Receivable sections. 5. 稽核每日客房及餐飲收入彙總及夜間稽核過程之相關交易報告。 Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process. 6. 稽核其他營運部門之收入之完整性,包含停車收入、印刷、洗衣及商務中心。 Audits revenue from other Operated Departments such as Garage, Print shop, Laundry and Business Centre for completeness. 7. 監督出納之現金短溢及針對重大之差異進行調查並報告財務總監。 Monitors cashier shortages/overages and investigates any substantial amount and bring to the attention of the Director of Finance’s office.
