This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: HR Payroll Specialist - Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily payroll operations, focusing on Taiwan's daily worker payroll. • Manage payroll compliance activities, including annual tax and insurance payments and filings. • Support SOX compliance documentation for all processes. • Partner on process improvement and project initiatives. • Co-work with payroll vendors to ensure successful payroll operations, including monthly payroll calculation for over 500 employees. • Fulfill internal and external reporting requirements. • Work with various departments on cross-functional priorities. • Ensure positive employee experience for all payroll-related inquiries. - Basic Qualifications: • Familiarity with Taiwan's IIT policies and labor laws. • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and strong internal controls. • Unquestionable ethical standards and the ability to provide customer service across different company levels. • Excellent collaboration skills. - Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree minimum. • Experience in managing large-scale(500+ employee) payroll processes. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and global mainstream accounting and HR systems.
