Warehouse and Depot HSE Business Partner

Responsibilities: Support site Managers / Safety Champions and frontline teams to identify HSE hazards in the workplace and select controls to eliminate or reduce these (using the hierarchy of control to select the most appropriate measures). Facilitate compliance with APMM global HSE standards (HSE framework) and advise on legal compliance with local legislation. Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on how to lead their teams on HSE, share best practices and inspirational success stories. Support site Managers / Safety Champions in determining the root causes of (high-potential) incidents and eliminating them, including facilitating learning teams. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Procurement to ensure HSE controls are in place for third-party labor. Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on the planning and organization of work, including: How to eliminate HSE risks through the (re)design of workplaces and operational activities Elimination or reduction of risks resulting from changes in workplace design or usage Risk prevention through the selection, maintenance, and condition of installations, machinery, equipment, and tools Control measures to mitigate hazards present in the workplace Support the effective use of visual management tools (e.g., toolbox talks, learning boards) to engage the workforce. Provide information and support on HSE training and education upon request from site management. Coordinate HSE Committee meetings to ensure alignment of HSE initiatives and programs. Support site Waste Coordinators in waste management, inspections, and reporting. Design and execute a local HSE inspection program aligned with national or area-level programs. Coordinate and ensure implementation of emergency response capabilities (first-aid, fire safety, evacuation). Act as the point of contact for external HSE consultants when specialized risk control is required. Conduct routine visits to operational sites. Perform HSE impact and risk assessments during growth and integration activities. 職責 (Responsibilities)： 協助現場經理／安全領航員與前線團隊辨識工作場所的HSE（健康、安全與環境）危害，並使用風險控制階層原則，選擇最適當的控制措施以消除或降低風險。 協助遵循APMM全球HSE標準（HSE框架），並就當地法規的合法遵循提供建議。 建議現場經理／安全領航員如何帶領其團隊執行HSE，分享最佳實務與鼓舞人心的成功案例。 協助現場經理／安全領航員找出（高潛在風險）事件的根本原因並加以消除，並協助成立學習型團隊。 與營運、人資及採購部門合作，確保外包人力的HSE控制措施已落實。 就下列工作規劃與組織事項向現場經理／安全推廣者提供建議，包括： 透過工作場所與作業活動的重新設計來消除HSE風險 消除或減少因工作場所設計或使用方式變更所導致的風險 透過正確選擇、維護及檢查設備、機械與工具的狀況來預防風險 訂定控制措施以降低現場存在的潛在危害 協助有效運用視覺化管理工具（例如：每日安全會議、學習看板等）以提升員工參與。 依據現場管理需求，提供HSE相關訓練與教育的資訊與支持。 協調HSE委員會會議，以確保各項HSE計畫與倡議一致。 支援現場廢棄物管理人員進行廢棄物管理、稽核與報告。 設計並執行與全國或區域級標準一致的在地HSE巡檢計畫。 協調並確保急救、消防與疏散等緊急應變能力的落實。 當需要高度專業的風險控制時，擔任外部HSE顧問的聯絡窗口。 定期前往營運現場進行巡視與輔導。 在公司成長或整併過程中，執行HSE影響與風險評估。 Requirements: Logistics and supply chain expertise Qualified HSE professional or several years in HSE roles Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE-related roles. Class B Occupational Health and Safety Management Personnel (Taiwan License qualification). A university degree in relevant fields (e.g., Health & Safety, Risk, Crisis Management) is desirable but not mandatory Strong collaboration skills and ability to build followership across various stakeholders and locations Strong leadership and communication abilities Analytical mindset Proactive problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement Ability to influence others and drive change Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English 資格條件 (Requirements)： 具備物流與供應鏈作業相關知識 持有 HSE 專業資格，或具有多年 HSE 實務經驗 至少三年以上HSE相關工作經驗 具乙級職業安全衛生管理人員證照（台灣認證資格） 擁有健康與安全、風險或危機管理等相關領域的大學學歷尤佳（但非必要條件） 具備良好協作能力，能夠與不同地區與層級的利害關係人建立信任與領導影響力 具備良好的領導能力與溝通技巧 具備分析思維 積極主動、擅於解決問題 注重細節，重視合規性與持續改善 具備影響他人與推動改善的能力 具備優良的中文、英文聽說讀寫能力
