We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Specialist to develop and execute the E-commerce strategy for Matin Kim and Marithé François Girbaud brands within Taiwan. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving sales growth through key digital marketplaces, and coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and brand visibility online. RESPONSIBILITIES Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:- • Responsible to develop the online e-Commerce Business with the Company development direction and road map • Execute e-Commerce strategies and programs to drive sales, profit margins & other income • Explore and line up with other e-Commerce channels (expactually Shopee / Momo) or portal to drive traffic, conversion and build a strong affiliate network customer journey • Work closely with Marketing and Merchandising team to execute the promotional activities and e-Commerce initiatives for generating lead & traffic, engagement rate, social KPIs etc. • Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions, marketing/graphics, e-campaigns, purchasing, customer support and online inventory • Enhance websites and channels to grow consumer usage, increase visitors and conversion rates • Keep track and analyse business data for business performance tracking • Monitor the competitors' online business activities
