The Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business performance, focusing on top-line management and corresponding A&D and A&P management to ensure the company’s Net Sales target is delivered on time in full. The role is also responsible for co-designing Control Tower to ensure key operations’ metrics are tracked and analyzed to achieve the company’s strategic goals. <Job description> Business partnering (30%) • Deliver best class business partnering to key sales channels (except MOFT) and Le Cercle team via financial modeling and KPIs to drive faster and better commercial deliverables • Support monthly S&OP, long-term strategic plans (10-year plan, etc.) and provide clear recommendations leading to robust decision making Commercial performance monitoring (40%) • Conduct in-depth analysis of key sales channels, including Le Cercle to understand the mix of customer, portfolio and growth levers • Identify R&O on a timely basis and tap into S&OP cycle to reflect the underlying business performance • Key responsibility to co-design the centralized view of Control Tower that provides timely visibility and analytics across key organization's operations and KPIs in order to make data-driven decisions and to optimize performance • Deep-dive analysis of E2E performance across key channels (except MOFT) including sell-in, depletion, sell-out and trade inventory management Trade A&P management (15%) • In light of rolling forecasts, to frequently visit and optimize forecast planning of trade A&P to optimize resource allocation together with other initiatives • Responsible for actual spend trackers to ensure smooth landing results Dashboard Development (15%) • Design/cooperate with Data team to have dashboard/digital tool ready to support business pioneering needs

<Professional experience & know how> • Minimum 5+ years related industry experience in business analytics or equivalent • Solid managerial accounting and reporting know-how/experience • Solid knowledge in International Accounting Standard (IAS), International • Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and local statutory requirements <Technical & management skills> • Excellent Office skills, particularly Excel / Power Point / Power BI • Familiar with SAP, Essbase, JDE, OBIEE, Tagetik and other automation tools • Strong financial modeling skills • Strong analytical and synthetic skills • Sensitive to numbers and trends • Solid communication and coaching skills • Proven project management skills • General industry understanding/knowledge a plus <Personal & interpersonal skills> • Proactive and result-oriented • Entrepreneurial and flexibility to think out of box • Detail-oriented • Ability to work under pressure and be a team player • Communication savvy
