RF Application Engineer (AE) Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on RF Application Engineer Team Lead with a strong background in RF hardware design. This role requires both technical depth and leadership capability to coordinate cross-functional efforts from design to implementation. Key Responsibilities *Lead and support RF hardware application design, with expertise in areas such as impedance matching, signal integrity, antenna design, and RF filters. *Work closely with internal IC/RF design teams and external partners to integrate and optimize RF solutions. *Take ownership of project coordination, milestone tracking, and cross-functional communication. *Provide hands-on support in hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting. *Mentor junior engineers and assist in building the AE team’s technical capabilities. (Good to have) Experience in embedded MCU firmware development and C++ programming. *Communicate effectively in English at an intermediate level or above for project coordination and customer engagement.
