Compliance Attorney

We are looking for a skilled and proactive compliance counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, an impactful communicator, and critical thinker. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a collaborative, dynamic and growing legal team in support of broad compliance initiatives and risk mitigation strategies across our global business. Responsibilities: • Legal Compliance and Risk Management - Provide legal advice on product liability matters, including product safety, recalls, and consumer protection laws across jurisdictions. - Advise on antitrust and competition law issues, including pricing strategies and distribution agreements. - Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and other emerging frameworks), including data governance, breach response, and cross-border data transfers. - Assess and respond to complex regulatory inquiries and investigations involving our products and businesses globally. - Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other internal/external stakeholders as needed. • Policy Development and Implementation - Design global compliance policies and procedures, including but not limited to, antitrust, data privacy, and product liability. - Develop best practices and training programs on compliance topics for employees at all levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance programs and training initiatives.
