工作內容

1.Present and sell switch products and services to current and potential customers. 2.Conduct required market survey and marketing plan to support sales growth. 3.Develop and manage the distribution network, including overseeing and enhancing distribution channel performance. 4.Penetrate target accounts for standard products and project selling. 5.Lead/ do necessary communication between ITW and customer for custom projects from initial phase to production phase. 6.Help to communicate quality requirements / issues and keep customer quality complaint less than target. 7.Driving new products development plan. 8.Projects management. 9.Others as assigned by upper management. 10.Need to travel on business in Asia.

1.Participate in marketing events such as workshops and trade shows. 2.Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. 3.Provide on-the-job training for new distributors. 4.Bachelor's degree, major in marketing, business management and other related majors are preferred. 5.Those with experience in domestic business development, customer relationship maintenance and after-sales service are preferred. 6.Good communication skills, organizational coordination skills and business negotiation skills. 7.Good product knowledge and market insight, able to deeply understand customer needs. 8.Familiar with Office software skills, proficient in using common software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc. 9.Those with good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
