Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and bilingual Communications officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting communications efforts. This position calls for a proactive, highly organized individual fluent in both English and Chinese who excels in fostering collaboration and executing strategic initiatives. As an integral part of the team, you will assist with day-to-day operations, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the direction of our communications. Your expertise and dedication will be key in helping us deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research on luxury hospitality and residential projects, with a focus on prestigious brands such as Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, W Hotel, and others. • Prepare and coordinate tailored presentations for developers, executives, media outlets, and journalists, including company profiles, media dossiers, and project proposals. • Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation for potential projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for project activities to ensure smooth execution. • Contribute to global communication campaigns by preparing content for PR partners, media outlets, journalists, and clients, including award submissions and collaboration requirements. • Support the development of content for social media updates and media preparation. • Help organize and manage both internal and external communications campaigns and events. • Assist the Business development and Communications teams with daily tasks and project support as needed. • Coordinate various internal and external meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and seamless logistics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or business administrative role is a plus. • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. • Exceptional organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently. • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
