【Job Summary】 We are seeking a capable and driven Product Manager to join our biometric and optical sensing IC team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of selected product lines, define roadmap and features, and drive cross-functional execution with support from senior team members. This is a high-impact role suitable for candidates with 3+ years of experience in IC or sensor-related fields, looking to expand ownership and grow into full-spectrum product leadership. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Define and manage the roadmap, requirements, and product positioning for assigned sensing IC products. • Drive product lifecycle from concept through development, validation, and mass production. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product execution. • Engage with regional customers (especially China and Korea) for design-in support, requirement clarification, and issue resolution. • Monitor market and competitive trends; translate insights into product improvements or strategic proposals. • Prepare documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.

【Requirements】 • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry. • Communication skills in English and Mandarin; Korean proficiency is a plus. 【Preferred Qualifications】 • Familiarity with IC development lifecycle, packaging, or qualification flow. • Experience collaborating with OEM/ODM customers or cross-regional teams. • Demonstrated ability to define product features, roadmap, or project plan.
