Hardware Program Manager 專案經理 (工作地點：新竹湖口)

Looking for a Technical program manager to lead the Wipro team in Taiwan. Candidate should have prior experience in managing - Hardware development and or Test programs related to Semiconductor, computing, server or consumer products. Experience in factory NPI, - Test automation, Failure analysis processes is a plus. - Candidate will be responsible for Client interactions on a regular basis, should be able to lead a team , should address the concerns of the team members. - Candidate should possess skills in taking up interviews/discussion for hiring new team members. Should interact/communicate with multi location - Teams and customers and Vendors. Candidate should take occasional travel (once in 2 months, duration 2-3 days) to Hongkong or China(SZ) - Travel to Hsinchu to meet other team members frequently. (5 days a week) - Experience : 10+ years - Education : Bachelor in Engineering or Science
