PCB / PCBA FACTORRY MANAGER

Key Responsibilities •Lead and manage all aspects of PCB production, including SMT, AOI, reflow, and final assembly •Develop and implement production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation •Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s environmental and labor regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, EPA) •Collaborate with camera/sensor integration teams to align PCB design with module requirements •Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) to optimize yield and reduce waste •Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement planning •Manage quality control processes, including IPC standards and in-line inspection systems •Recruit, train, and supervise production and engineering staff •Monitor KPIs such as throughput, defect rate, downtime, and delivery performance •Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for material planning and vendor management •Prepare operational reports and present to senior leadership
