Key Responsibilities 1. Project Leadership & Delivery - Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (apps, websites, e-commerce) within scope, timeline, and budget. - Translate business requirements into UI/UX designs, prototypes, and customer journey maps. - Develop test plans, oversee UAT, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Stakeholder & Team Management - Coordinate internal teams, global stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve milestones. - Manage and mentor 5–8 IT professionals (goal-setting, performance reviews, training). - Advocate local business needs within the company IT framework. 3. Strategy & Optimization - Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, sales growth, and customer experience. - Drive efficiency by standardizing best practices (design, workflows, security). - Monitor IT KPIs, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor contracts. 4. Risk & Innovation - Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks proactively. - Stay ahead of tech trends (AI, cloud, analytics); recommend innovations for digital growth.

Qualifications 1. Education: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. 2. Experience: - 6+ years in IT/digital project management, including 2+ years in leadership. - Proven track record managing teams and complex projects (e.g., apps, e-commerce, ERP, CRM). - Candidates with less experience who have potential will also be considered. 3. Languages: - Fluent English (written/spoken) and Mandarin. Cantonese would be advantage. 4. Soft Skills: - Agile problem-solver and adept at multitasking under pressure. - Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working with in-house and remote teams as well as third-party vendors. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver projects under tight deadlines. 5. Preferred - ERP, CRM, Adtech/Martech, or data-driven marketing experience. - Certifications in PMP, Scrum, or cloud technologies.
