You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Tech teams to align merchant, CS, and user-facing workflows—ensuring a seamless and scalable experience across stakeholders. [ Typical Accountability ] - Optimize merchant experience and backend workflows in FunNow Manager. - Conduct merchant onboarding and training to promote backend adoption and autonomy. - Collaborate with Sales and CS to streamline onboarding and reduce manual dependencies. - Identify and consolidate pain points across merchant, customer service, and end-user journeys; propose integrated workflow improvements. - Support the Product team in enhancing backend features and UI/UX based on cross-stakeholder needs. - Partner with multi-country BUs to implement localized merchant operations strategies and SOPs. [ Essential Competencies ] - Proficient in backend tools and Office software. - Strong logical thinking and process design ability, with a user-centric mindset. - Comfortable analyzing feedback and translating it into actionable improvements. - Skilled at training merchants on platform tools and workflows. - Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator with Sales, CS, and Tech teams. - Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
