Engineering Manager

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the development and execution of parts recycling, cleaning, and recoating processes. 2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and turnaround time. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations. 4. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering specifications. 5. Evaluate and implement new technologies and materials to improve coating performance and extend part life. 6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and customer requirements. 7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 8. Provide technical support for customer inquiries and failure analysis. 9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics.
