【Introduction】 Our client is a prominent Japanese company that operates primarily in the field engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for various industries. 【Responsibilities】 Overall Management of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation of plant facilities, organize the whole PCC team. Fulfill Project HSE, Quality and Schedule objectives. Timely contribute to the completion of project and hand-over the plant facilities to OWNER, according to Project contract. Coordinate with Contractor’s Construction / Schedule Control / Subcontract / Field Engineering / HSE Team, OWNER’s operation and maintenance team, Consortium partner, vendor specialist and Subcontractors to accomplish smooth Project completion. 【Requirements】 1. Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English 2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of commissioning and operation experience in hydrocarbon gas or oil plant facilities. LNG terminal experience is preferred but not mandatory. 3. PCC Expertise: Experience as a PCC Manager in hydrocarbon gas or oil plant facilities is preferred. 4. Leadership & Coordination: Strong ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in complex plant environments.
