【Introduction】 Our client is a prominent Japanese company that operates primarily in the field engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for various industries. 【Responsibilities】 1. Communicate with the PCC Manager/Engineer and execute tasks safely and efficiently. 2. Perform PCC activities (e.g., air blowing, water flushing, pump/compressor run-in, tightness tests, inerting) as per procedures. 3. Participate in plant start-up and daily operations following operating procedures. 4. Conduct periodic tests and inspections to ensure process and safety equipment are in proper condition. 5. Complete shift logbooks, report anomalies, and generate work orders and shutdown reports. 6. Assist in troubleshooting and recommend improvements for safety and efficiency. 7. Operate and inspect field equipment, perform minor maintenance, and conduct chemical sampling/analysis. 8. Receive and prepare chemical batches required for processes. 9. Monitor and control plant operations via DCS, maintaining radio communication with field staff. 10. Adjust operating parameters, coordinate equipment isolation, and resume operations post-maintenance. 11. Act as the main communication point during emergencies between PCC Manager/Engineer and field operators. 【Requirements】 1. Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of commissioning and operation experience in hydrocarbon gas or oil plant facilities with similar responsibilities. 3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of plant commissioning processes, troubleshooting, and equipment operation in oil and gas or related industries. 4. Coordination Ability: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate operational documentation.
