Product Designer (UI/UX)

✓We are seeking a research-driven Product Designer to join our dynamic team of 5+ designers. You will be responsible for researching (30%) and creating innovative and intuitive design solutions (70%) for medical technologists and pathologists, helping these medical experts make better, faster decisions with AI-powered insights. If parts of the role resonate with you, your background might help shape our team’s future direction. 【Who You Are】 ● You are passionate about research and design, finding excitement in the entire process from discovery to delivery. ● You thrive in flat and highly collaborative organizations. ● You actively seek and provide feedback. ● You are goal-oriented and resourceful in making things happen. ● You are confident in articulating your design decision to stakeholders overseas and running research sessions with international users. 【What You’ll Do】 ● Lead the planning and implementation of user research to inform design decisions. ● Conduct onsite or remote interviews and usability tests with domestic and international users. ● Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces in the medical domain. ● Communicate research insights and design rationales effectively to both design and non-design stakeholders. ● Iterate on designs based on feedback, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. ● Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ensure accurate implementation. 【Basic Requirements】 ● Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ● Proven ability to independently lead user research and end-to-end design processes, including owning medium-to-large-scale projects, and conducting methods such as human factors testing, usability testing, or A/B testing. ● Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). ● Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with global stakeholders and conducting research sessions with international users. ● Interest in the medical field and comfort with ambiguity in finding design opportunities. 【How to Apply】 ►Please submit your resume and portfolio link via 104 or Cake.
