**1-Year Training Program(Participate with all Asian New College Grad)** · Orientation: Acquire ADI content and culture · Technical: Learn product knowledge · Shadow: Assist tasks or project with ADI coach · Independence: Handle assigned tasks independently Responsibilities: · Assist in the design and evaluation of customer analog solutions · Provide SDK/algorithms/code modifications to accelerate customers’ on the system level adaption · Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs versus wants · Proposing system solutions to customers · Developing and maintaining relationships with Product Lines' Management, Marketing, Application and customers · Educating customers on Analog Devices' solutions and products · Selling the company's products or services to prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations Required Qualifications: · Master of Electronic Engineering · Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills · Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects and set priorities. · Ability to collaborate as a team member or leader · Natural curiosity, creative thinking and problem solving · Ability to operate with an Ahead of What’s Possible mindset, high energy, entrepreneurial thinking and hand-on approach Other Qualifications: - Familiar with various switching mode power converters (PFC, Flyback, Forward, Buck, Boost, and Resonant converters) - Theoretical analysis of concepts (calculation and simulation). - Practical evaluation on power circuits. - Understand and improve circuit performances. - With Matlab, Python, C/C++ experience is plus. 歡迎身心障礙者申請
