**1-Year Training Program(Participate with all Asian New College Grad)** · Orientation: Acquire ADI content and culture · Technical: Learn product knowledge · Shadow: Assist tasks or project with ADI coach · Independence: Handle assigned tasks independently Responsibilities: · Assist in the design and evaluation of customer analog solutions · Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs versus wants · Proposing system solutions to customers · Developing and maintaining relationships with Product Lines' Management, Marketing, Application and customers · Educating customers on Analog Devices' solutions, products, online/offline resource could accelerate customer design journey. · Selling the company's products or services to prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations · Identification of specific market mega trend, customer eco-system or key influencers which will make business impact in industry. Minimum Qualifications: · MSEE · Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills · Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects and set priorities. · Ability to collaborate as a team member or leader · Natural curiosity, creative thinking and problem solving · Ability to operate with an Ahead of What’s Possible mindset, high energy, entrepreneurial thinking and hand-on approach 歡迎身心障礙者申請
