1. 具備 1-3年消費性電子產品之硬體測試經驗。 具各式感測器、智慧型裝置之效能測試經驗者尤佳。 (例如: 動作感測器、觸摸感測器、觸控板、健康感測器、 手機、智慧型手錶、藍芽耳機、穿戴式裝置等) 2. 熟悉量測儀器操作，使用示波器、邏輯分析儀、電表等儀器測量訊號。 3. 具備測試環境搭建經驗，能夠獨立進行設備配置者尤佳。 (如: Python, GUI, ADB commands 工作指令編寫) 4. 性格外向，能夠積極溝通測試問題，與團隊高效合作。 1. Hands-on exp. w/ electronics, hardware (HW) lab work & equipment 2. Hands-on oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, ammeters and other instruments to measure signals 3. 1-3 yrs of exp. w/ general HW testing, w/ exp. on Touch/motion/haptics/health sensors validation testing or smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds is a plus 4. Exp. w/ MS-Office or Google Workspace (G Suite) productivity tools such as Sheets, Docs, Drive and large datasets, pivot tables, etc. 5. Exp. w/ executing Python script & operating computer GUI interface. 6. Hands-on ADB commands is a plus. 7. Exp. w/ High repeatability work 8. Documentation management 9. Strong analytical skills and structured way of working 10. Proactive in identifying & resolving problems. 11. Ability to achieve objectives w/ little direct support and to report the advancement 12. To be rigorous, autonomous and to manage the priorities 13. Basic English communication on technical items. As long as you're able to deliver work in English & technically very strong, then its fine incl. clearly express technical concepts in verbal & written forms. It's very important to communicate w/ cross function teams in Taiwan, US. Strong language skills in English & Mandarin is a plus. Others: 1. Ability to communicate w/ cross-functional teams in English & Chinese fluently. English basic reading/speaking is a MUST. 2. Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan. 3. Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities 4. Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional Team Leaders, members and client 5. Soft Skills: Good listener, positive attitude, sense of humor, open minded, respect, patience, resolving issues, etc. 6. Exp. working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality 7. Patience to detail, Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 8. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles 9. Can work independently (e.g. manage tasks to complete on time, etc.) 10. Can work under pressure 11.
