- At least 1-3 years of experience in data analysis - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, and etc., - Understand and proficiently use database management systems to effectively retrieve and manage large volumes of data. - Possess basic English reading and writing skills, those proficient in listening and speaking will be prioritized - Preferred to have a basic understanding of logistics and vendor management - Ability to translate complex data information into standardized reports and effectively communicate cross functional stakeholders. - Quickly identify issues within the data, propose solutions, and assist in resolving business challenges.
