【公司介紹】 - 總部於香港的金融科技企業，透過全球支付網路提供即時、安全且經濟的跨境匯款服務 - 曾獲世界經濟論壇評選為「科技先鋒」，並連續躍入 FXC Intelligence 全球前 100 大跨境支付公司名單 - 全球業務涵蓋亞太、非洲、歐洲和北美地區，服務網絡觸及數十億人次使用者 【工作內容】 1. 與全球網路團隊合作，了解並定義新商業收付夥伴整合流程；協助制定、優化並執行日常營運作業流程 2. 處理並審核客戶交易資料；根據合作夥伴報表進行對帳；回應結算相關詢問，並透過多種溝通管道快速解決客戶問題 3. 與產品管理與工程團隊合作，進行營運相關系統功能的測試 4. 為內部單位進行交易數據分析，提供決策支持 5. 與工程及財務團隊密切合作，透過工單或錯誤追蹤系統持續監控並推動系統改善與優化 6. 協助處理交易相關問題，針對複雜案件進行適當升級與追蹤；了解系統條件與作業要求，確保全球交易流程順暢；必要時可存取伺服器日誌以識別問題來源 7. 與全球各地的網路營運團隊合作，提供無縫的支援服務予商業收付夥伴 - Work with Network team to understand and define process for new business pay-in/pay-out partner integrations; help develop, improve, and execute daily operational procedures - Customer transaction data input and review; reconciliation from business partner's report; respond to any settlement inquiry; resolve customer issues as quickly as possible through various channel - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams for system testing of OPS-related functions - Perform transaction-related data analysis for internal stakeholders - Work closely with Engineering and Finance teams to monitor and drive system improvements/enhancement via ticketing / bug-tracking tools - Help to resolve transaction-related issues and escalate complicated cases; understand the prerequisites and requirements to ensure smooth transactions monitoring on a global scale; access server logs to identify problem - Work closely with Network Operations counterparts globally to provide seamless support to our business pay-in/pay-out partners 【上班時間】 週一到周日；排休二日 09:00 ~ 18:00 【上班地點】 新北市板橋區（捷運板新站） 【公司福利】 ✔️享有工作獎金 ✔️彈性排休劃休制度，純日班 ✔️每月紅字多少天，畫休多少天 ✔️派遣可轉正！ ✔️享有勞保、健保、團保、勞退 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 歡迎投遞履歷 如有任何問題，也歡迎來信/Line直接詢問喲～ Email: [email protected] Line: @786rtgfq
