Senior Software Test Engineer - Alliance Program

This role collaborates closely with the Development Team to define, prioritize, and execute comprehensive test plans. He/She will be responsible for managing and maintaining product release cycles, ensuring each release is delivered on schedule and meets high-quality standards. Barco Alliance Program 1. Tested to work with a total of 331 validated peripherals and compatible with more then 80% of the USB conferencing cameras, ClickShare is the most universally compatible wireless conferencing solution in the market today. 3. Next to camera and audio peripheral vendors, we team up with display vendors like LG, Sharp and Dell, as well as productivity and workplace solution vendors to transform the complete meeting experience and cover the whole hybrid meeting room ecosystem. Our productivity partners will enhance collaboration even further by adding interesting features like digital signage, whiteboarding, room scheduling. [Responsibilities] To be an Alliance Program Test Engineer, you are expected to: 1. Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and tracing issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating product QA status to everyone. 2. Create and support QA & release pipelines. 3. Comfortable working closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment. 4. Take care the quality for quarterly firmware release. 5. Issue management specially that comes from our partners/customers. 6. Debug: Collect and analyze logs to help developer narrow down scope/step
