職務說明 1. 新產品技術導入與量產:主導新鞋款/袋型從開發、試做到量產的技術移轉,解決各階段的技術瓶頸,確保產品能順利、穩定地投入生產。 2. 製程標準化與優化:建立並維護各項製程的標準作業流程(SOP),包含裁切、針車、貼合、成型等關鍵工序,並持續尋求技術改善方案以提升良率與效率。 3. 現場技術指導與問題排除:擔任產線的技術核心,即時解決生產過程中發生的技術異常,並指導現場幹部與作業員正確的工藝手法。 4. 材料與模具技術評估:評估新材料的適用性、測試其物性,並參與模具的開發、試模與修改,確保其符合設計與品質要求。 5. 客戶技術對接:作為與品牌客戶技術窗口,溝通產品規格、解釋技術方案,並確保最終產品符合客戶的品質標準。 6.技術團隊建立:負責培訓印尼當地技術人員與儲備幹部,傳承核心技術,建立穩定且專業的技術團隊。 Key Responsibilities 1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Mass Production: Lead the technical transfer of new footwear/bag models from development and trial runs to mass production. Resolve technical bottlenecks at each stage to ensure a smooth and stable transition into full-scale production. 2. Process Standardization & Optimization: Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key manufacturing processes, including cutting, stitching, lamination, and assembly. Continuously identify and implement technical improvements to enhance production yield and efficiency. 3. On-site Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical authority on the production floor. Provide real-time troubleshooting for technical issues that arise during production and train line leaders and operators on correct craftsmanship and techniques. 4. Material & Tooling Evaluation: Evaluate the suitability of new materials by testing their physical properties. Participate in the development, trial, and modification of molds and tooling to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. 5. Client Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical liaison with international brand clients (e.g., Nike, Adidas). Clearly communicate product specifications, explain technical solutions, and ensure the final product meets the client's exacting quality standards. 6. Technical Team Building: Take responsibility for training and mentoring local Indonesian technical staff and management trainees. Transfer core technical knowledge to build a stable, skilled, and self-sufficient technical team.

必要條件: 1. 具備8年以上鞋類或包袋製造業的生產技術相關經驗。 2. 必須有至少3年以上海外工廠外派經驗。 3. 精通至少一項核心製程(如針車、成型、貼合),並了解全段工藝流程。 4. 具備與國際品牌客戶直接進行技術溝通的經驗者優先。 5. 抗壓性強,善於溝通,並能配合長期派駐印尼。 Requirements 1. A minimum of 8 years of production technology experience in the footwear or bag manufacturing industry. 2. At least 3 years of overseas factory expatriate experience is required. 3. Expert-level mastery of at least one core manufacturing process (e.g., Stitching, Assembly/Lasting, Lamination) and a comprehensive understanding of the entire production workflow. 4. Direct experience in technical communication with international brand clients is highly preferred. 5.
