Main Responsibilities: 1. Sales Development - To develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management - To ensure sales target is achieved - To maximize HJ sales and be able to lead and coach the team to sell HJ - To maximize sales by attracting new customers, and public relations - To uphold excellent quality, in conjunction with efficient and friendly customer service - To establish and implement action plans in cooperation with General Manger - To aware of local & surrounding trading environment and its impact on the sales - To coordinate in store & promotional events - To ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and sustain premium brand image 2. Staff Management - To train, position and discipline the staff to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals - To manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and to perform an excellent customer service at all times 3. Inventory Management - To ensure proper inventory mix matching to market needs - To monitor merchandise assortment on a regular basis - To manage healthy stock level and product mix to reflect sales and customer demands 4. Visual Merchandising - To implement proper visual presentation guidelines to project the Chaumet image and benefit sales through better display presentation - To make sure timely window and interior display changes pro-actively to feature various new items and create excitement - To maintain the highest standard of housekeeping 5. Administrative Management - To oversee all facts of store operation including payroll, billing, daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to head office - To control invoices and meet budgetary goals - To communicate with the landlord about the store rental contract

※Minimum of eight years in relevant roles, including four years in management. ※Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ※Target orientation, proven ability to achieve business goals. ※Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. ※Nice to have certifications in FGA or GIA.
