While the industry is hunger-marketing and scarcity driven, our mission is to democratize sneaker culture, making it inclusive and accessible to all consumers. ｜職位目的 Purpose of the Role Oversee and optimize all logistics, fulfillment, and operational processes for KICKS CREW in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Acting as the bridge between the local market and the global operations team, this role ensures fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery, while maintaining compliance with local import regulations and providing a seamless customer experience. 全面監督並優化 KICKS CREW 在沙烏地阿拉伯及更廣泛 GCC 市場的物流、履約與營運流程。作為當地市場與全球營運團隊之間的橋樑，確保提供快速、可靠且具成本效益的配送服務，同時符合當地進口法規，並為客戶帶來流暢的購物體驗。 ｜工作內容 Responsibilities: －Oversee all logistics and fulfillment operations for Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. 監督沙烏地阿拉伯及 GCC 地區的所有物流與履約運營。 －Manage relationships with local 3PL partners (Aramex, SMSA, iMile, Jeebly, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery, COD handling, and reverse logistics. 管理與當地第三方物流夥伴（如 Aramex、SMSA、iMile、Jeebly 等）的合作關係，確保準時配送、貨到付款處理及退貨物流順暢。 －Coordinate COD process flows to maximize delivery success rates and reduce return-to-sender incidents. 協調貨到付款流程，以提升配送成功率並降低退回寄件比例。 －Set up and manage local warehouse or bonded storage (when applicable), including inbound freight from Hong Kong/China. 規劃並管理當地倉庫或保稅倉（如適用），包括從香港/中國的進口貨運。 －Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to plan inventory allocation for key campaigns and hype drops. 與成長與行銷團隊密切合作，規劃重點行銷活動與熱門商品發售的庫存分配。 －Handle operational escalations: delivery failures, customs clearance issues, payment disputes. 處理營運緊急事件，包括配送失敗、清關問題及付款爭議。 －Implement cost-optimization initiatives for last-mile delivery, returns, and storage. 推行末端配送、退貨及倉儲成本優化方案。 －Ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations and customs documentation requirements. 確保符合沙烏地進口法規及報關文件要求。
