1. Develops and maintains corporate client relationships to drive room / hotel revenue growth 2. Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities 3. Responds to room inquiries and prepares tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts 4. Organizes sales activities, site inspections, sales trip , telemarketing and presentations to showcase hotel products 5. Executes sales activities in line with Marriott standards, ensuring brand consistency 6. Collaborates across departments to deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience 7. Provides exceptional customer service to enhance loyalty and long-term partnerships 8. Participates in sales meetings, reporting, and account management reviews
